Thanksgiving week is quickly approaching, with local students on break from school Monday, Nov. 21-Friday, Nov. 25. If you’re trying to figure out how to keep your kids busy, we’ve rounded up a few fall camps that can help Monday-Wednesday of that week.

🐇 Thanksgiving Break Critter Camp | Helen Woodward Animal Center

Join the waitlist for this daily 9 a.m.-3 p.m. camp for kids in K-6th grade focused on hands-on humane animal education. Preschool day camps — for ages 4-5 — run 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

👟 Camp Kroc | Kroc Center Campus

Choose from a variety of day camps — most 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. — including Kroc Adventures, Edible Art Camp, and LEGO Robotics Camp. There’s also Pee Wee Kroc Adventures for little ones ages 4-6.

☀️ Plunge and Play | Plunge San Diego

This 9 a.m.-3 p.m. camp is designed for ages 5-12 and covers arts, science, and P.E. — in and out of the pool.

🎨 Thanksgiving Craft Camp | Paint Box Art Studio

There are still openings for the 9 a.m.-3 p.m. camp for ages 6-13, where kids will sew, paint, and create crafty, fall-themed projects.
