The Wrap

Today’s edition by: Monica Garske

The time has come. Tijuana’s iconic, Michelin Guide-recognized Tacos El Franc — seen on Netflix’s “Taco Chronicles” — opened its first US location yesterday at Westfield Plaza Bonita in National City.

We checked out the space — head over to our Instagram feed to see the new taqueria, including those famous carne asada + adobada tacos. Chef’s kiss.

The owner told SDtoday he’s opening a second San Diego location this summer in the Gaslamp Quarter, so taco ‘bout good news.

Yep, still thinking about those adobada tacos.
