Spend Valentine’s Day (or any day in February) exploring some of SD’s top-notch museums — this year, 70+ local spots are offering half-off admission. If you’re in Balboa Park, perhaps end your day with a special Valentine’s dinner at Artifact, the restaurant tucked inside the Mingei International Museum.
