Enjoy a community event — but make it Fashion Week.
Fashion Week San Diego (FWSD) returns — or rather, sashays — into the Andaz San Diego hotel in the Gaslamp Quarter this weekend with two big events.
First up is FWSD’s Designer Runway Show on Sat., Oct. 8, from 6-9 p.m., which will showcase original styles — from ready-to-wear to couture — created by 10 emerging international designers. We spy MOTIV , Nina Cicolo , Sierra Mitchel l + Territa Torres on that haute list . 👠
On Sun., Oct. 9, FWSD will host its annual Trunk Show from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. where fashion enthusiasts can shop the runway pieces — and enjoy the FWSD awards ceremony. Tickets are still available. 🧥
By the way, FWSD founder Allison Andrews will be retiring after the shows, so expect a special tribute to her. She’s been the fierce force behind this event for the past 15 years.
