San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs fans in San Diego, it’s time to find your tribe. Super Bowl LVIII kicks off at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 11, and while SD doesn’t have an NFL team anymore, the big game is still a big deal — especially at these local restaurants and bars that are known hubs for the teams in the 2024 spotlight.

🏈 49ers

Moonshine Beach , Pacific Beach
Most days, this PB bar has country western vibes — unless it’s game day. That’s when the San Francisco energy takes over, and 49ers fans flock here .

Bootlegger , East Village
This bar and restaurant is known for its take on comfort food, and San Francisco fans can take comfort in knowing it’s “Faithful to the Bay.”

Northside Tavern , Ocean Beach
Head to this OB restaurant — a hotspot for Niners fans — for sandwiches, flatbreads, and drinks.

Henry’s Pub , Downtown
This pub offers great game day food and loves American football — especially the 49ers.

Saddle Bar , Solana Beach
On game day, this rock ‘n’ roll bar tones down the music and brings in a crowd of loyal 49er Faithful.

🏈 Chiefs

Kansas City Barbeque , Embarcadero
This bar’s name lets you know which team it’s rooting for, and Chiefs fans know it’s a “Top Gun” place to catch the game. Pro tip: The restaurant tends to open early when KC plays.

Home & Away , Old Town
It’s safe to say this bar is a home away from home for Chiefs fans . The menu is packed with drink options and meal specials, and you’ll find plenty of outdoor seating for the whole family.
