Something new is cookin’ in Del Mar: The Kitchen and The Clubhouse — two restaurants featuring cuisine by Executive Chef Ryan Bullock — set to debut late this month and in March, respectively.
The concepts hail from Clique Hospitality — the group behind local hotspots like Lionfish, Oxford Social Club, and Serẽa Coastal Cuisine — and will open at Torrey View by Breakthrough , a 10-acre life sciences campus debuting this summer .
The Kitchen will focus on “midday bites” including pre-made bowls, salads, sandwiches, and wraps. There will be seating for up to 200 patrons across its indoor dining room, lounge, and patio. It’ll be open Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
The Clubhouse — with seating for 236 and views of the Pacific Ocean — will offer SoCal-inspired breakfast items like the Think Tank Bowl with red potato hash and egg whites, plus lunch, happy hour (after-work drinks, perhaps?), and dinner. It’ll be open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-7 p.m.
