What to expect at the 2023 San Diego Bay Wine & Food Festival

The Grand Tasting is the festival’s biggest event.

San Diego’s culinary scene is poppin’ and it’ll take the spotlight at the 19th annual San Diego Bay Wine & Food Festival Monday, Nov. 6-Sunday, Nov. 12.

The celebration — dubbed the 2023 best wine festival in the US by USA Today’s 10Best — will showcase 70+ chefs, wineries, farmers, and fishers via 20+ events throughout the week.

There’s a lot to taste — here are some highlights:

  • Grand Decant | Friday, Nov. 10 | 6-9 p.m. | Julep Venue | Sip your way through premier wine, beer, and spirits from all over the world.
  • Grand Tasting | Saturday, Nov. 11 | 12-3 p.m. | Embarcadero Marina Park North | The festival culminates with its flagship bayfront party featuring drinks and food galore.
  • Grand Fiesta | Sunday, Nov. 12 | 12-3 p.m. | Liberty Station Ingram Plaza | The festival’s finale will focus on cross-border culinary gems and Latin America’s influence on SoCal.
