‘Tis the sweet season for Girl Scout Cookies, and several local restaurants and breweries are getting in on the annual craze by hosting cookie pairing eventswith beer or cocktailsthis weekend. Cheers to that.

🍻 Belching Beaver Brewery, Oceanside
Stop by this Saturday, 12-6 p.m., for a $20 experience that includes four 5-ounce beer tasters paired with two cookies each.

🍻 Second Chance Beer Company, Carmel Valley
Pre-purchase your $25 ticket and pop into the taproom this Saturday to try four 4-ounce beers paired with four cookies plus a “mystery beer” at the end. Girl Scouts will be at the brewery, 12-6 p.m., selling cookies, too.

🍸 Park 101, Carlsbad + Coco Maya, Little Italy
The Grind & Prosper Hospitality restaurants will whip up themed cocktails this Saturday like the “Thin Mint Cookie Cocktail” with creme de menthe green. and the “Samoa” with rum, coconut cream, and chocolate. Cookies will be sold separately on site, so you can mix and match your own pairings.

🍻 Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens, Liberty Station
Tomorrow through Monday, Feb. 20, Stone will partake in the Girls Scouts of San Diego’s Cookies on Tap pairing event, offering $15 flights featuring four 5-ounce tasters paired with four cookies. Stone Brewing World Bistro in Escondido and taprooms in Oceanside and Little Italy will offer the pairings, too.

The brewery is offering its $14 “4x4” special — four 5-ounce tasters paired with four Girl Scout Cookiesthis Saturday through Sunday, Feb. 26, 12-8 p.m.

Hit up the brewery this Saturday for a $14 flight of three 5-ounce pours paired with two cookies each.
