Break a leg, San Diego

March is San Diego Theatre Month

Get ready for showtime. The month of March is San Diego Theatre Month (SDTM), which aims to highlight the numerous and diverse programs offered as part of San Diego’s arts community.

The celebration is directed by the San Diego Performing Arts League, an organization dedicated to promoting audience development among performing arts venues in the county. It also operates ArtsTix, a not-for-profit ticket service that provides access to shows — often at discounted rates, like during SDTM.

What’s on the bill? Participating performances will offer tickets at special prices: $15, $30, and $45. Shows span county theaters and genres, including musical, comedy, theatrical, and dance — just to name a few.

🎭 There are 30+ shows participating in the event. To get SDTM prices, follow the instructions provided on each show’s page.
THE WRAP

Today’s issue was written by Michael.

Editor’s pick: Good morning, San Diego. I’m ready for spring, so much so that I’ve started my spring cleaning and made donations to Father Joe’s Villages. It always feels great to give back to the community, and there are so many ways to help out. One program I recently came across is the Tree Steward Certification Program that trains locals to plant and care for city trees. 🌱
