New NOVO DIA wellness experience debuts at MCASD La Jolla 🧘

Local studios + instructors will lead workshops to help you “reset.”

You’ll find more than masterpieces at the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego in La Jolla this Sat., Oct. 1 — you’ll find zen. â˜Żïž

Event company, Pineapple Live, will host its first-ever edition of NOVO DIA from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at the newly-reopened museum — an immersive wellness event featuring yoga (all levels), sound baths, breathwork, guided meditation, reiki, massage + workshops.

Local studios + instructors — including Riffs Yoga Studio, Saffron & Sage, and Zen Soul Balance — will lead the workshops; check out the schedule. The museum’s vendor will offer organic juices + mocktails, too.

Pineapple Live founder Igor Lascani called the experience “a chance to truly reset.”

Tickets are available starting at $55, with different levels of passes depending on what types of activities you want to partake in.
