- Flood Response Fund | San Diego County and the San Diego Foundation are leading this online effort; all donations will be directed to nonprofits helping local flood victims.
- American Red Cross: Southern California | The organization has been providing emergency shelters and aiding locals in the storm’s aftermath. Donate to the Red Cross to help those affected by disasters or find ways to volunteer.
- SD Strong: Storm Recovery | The city is accepting donations of new items like blankets, towels, laundry detergent, paper towels, and heavy duty storage bins across four locations on Saturday, Feb. 3 + Sunday, Feb. 4, 8 a.m.-12 p.m.: Beckwourth Library; Southcrest Teen Center; College-Rolando Library; Encanto Recreation Center.
- Chicano Park Museum | The museum is gathering emergency supplies to help residents in Barrio Logan and Logan Heights.
- Cesar Chavez Elementary School | The school is accepting food and clothing donations to distribute to locals affected by the floods.
- San Diego Made Factory | The space that houses a collective of local makers sustained severe flood damage. The team has launched an online fundraiser.
- San Diego Humane Society | Donate to the organization’s Emergency Response Team.

- The county’s local assistance center for flood victims opens Sunday, Jan. 28 at the Spring Valley Library — 836 Kempton St. It’ll be open Monday-Wednesday, 10 a.m.-7 p.m., offering info from county departments on how locals can recover from the impact of the floods.
