This East County spot is offering several Holiday Tea Times on select days Friday, Dec. 9-Friday, Dec. 30. The menu includes seasonal soup, three-tiered trays of treats, and unlimited premium loose leaf tea. Make reservations.

The Westgate Hotel

📍 1055 Second Ave., San Diego

The downtown hotel’s Grand Lobby is decked out for the season and offering Winter Wonderland Tea reservations on select days through Sunday, Jan. 1. The fancy fixings include champagne, tea sandwiches, and pastries — plus live harp music. The hotel is also hosting Santa’s Story Time Tea on Saturday, Dec. 10-Sunday, Dec. 11, and Saturday, Dec. 17-Wednesday, Dec. 21, that include time with Santa and a keepsake teddy bear.

Shakespeare’s Corner Shoppe + Afternoon Tea

The traditional English tea room is offering Christmas Afternoon Tea through Sunday, Jan. 1. Of course, the menu features all kinds of British treats like Chesnut-Stuffed Yorkshire Pudding, special finger sandwiches, and Christmas Spiced Tea. Make reservations.
